Chaman Grotto was instituted in Henderson Nevada on 21 March 1962

We are missing Chanman Grotto's history from 1962 to 2004. If you have any information, please contact the Secretary.

2004

Chaman Grotto was moved to Reno-Sparks Nevada and we are building up the membership. Webmaster JD Weiss created our web site on 14 November 2004. Our first election of officers was held on 23 November 2004 for the 2005 year.

2005

Chaman Grotto held several Social functions which were a HUGH success! We exceeded Monarch JD Weiss's challenge to double the membership! Our membership includes Donald A. Horning, Past Grand Monarch, Supreme Council M.O.V.P.E.R. Nine Past Grand Masters, Nevada Grand Lodge and 5 Sitting Masters, F.&.A.M. Chaman Grotto became the Ring Master of the M.O.V.P.E.R. Web Ring.

Prophet Webmaster JD Weiss, PM created the web pages for Chaman Grotto, the first Nevada Grotto on the internet in 2004. As well as East Gate Lodge #603 F&AM, the first Ohio Lodge on the internet in 1995, Achbar Grotto MOVPER, the first Ohio Grotto on the internet in 1997, Golden Lodge #50 Reno, Nevada in 2004, Amity Lodge#4 Silver City, Nevada in 2009.
